Job DescriptionWhy this role is important to us
This role is central to enhancing Experian's corporate reputation across the UK & Ireland. Operating in a regulated, matrixed environment, you'll ensure our communications join up. You'll lead with insights and deliver at pace, allowing you to help the business build trust, strengthen partnerships, and stay ahead of the latest issues.
Work that matters – What you'll do
- Manage and deliver strategic communications plans that align priorities, messaging, channels and measurement.
- Lead communications for corporate activity, including partnerships, M&A and other market‑sensitive announcements.
- Coordinate external communications across teams and departments to ensure consistency and pace in a regulated, matrixed organisation.
- Build communications partnerships, agencies and suppliers to extend reach and credibility.
- Using insight, reporting and data to enhance executive visibility, anticipate new issues and continuously improve impact.
What you'll need to bring to the role
- Experience in corporate communications within a regulated, matrixed organisation.
- Experience managing partnerships (including agencies and suppliers).
- Confident using reporting and measurement to guide data‑led decisions.
- Outstanding linguistic skills simplifying complex topics for different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to operate at pace across multiple priorities.
