We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager who is committed to upholding, protecting and promoting our corporate reputation. As a business that support consumers make the right choices and enables businesses to build trust, grow and improve, we’re looking for a person who truly understands how to communicate our key messages to external audiences. As our Corporate Communications Manager, you will oversee and coordinate corporate communications activity primarily in the UK, but also work with PR teams in our key markets such as Italy, Germany and the US to ensure we have consistent messaging across the business.  

What you'll be doing:

  • Spearhead profiling opportunities for senior leaders across the business
  • Establish and develop contacts with key journalists
  • Be responsible for high profile, proactive campaigns that promote our corporate reputation 
  • Staff and coordinate our busy press office, responding to media enquiries from countries across the world
  • Work closely with our marketing, legal, public affairs, and product teams on campaign moments 
  • Monitor media activity and track our corporate reputation
  • Work closely with our Global Director of PR and Corporate Communications on our annual Transparency Report       
  • Write and proof compelling press releases, media statements, Q&As and fact sheets to help us deliver on our key campaigns and messaging in the UK and globally
  • Report into Global Director of PR and Corporate Communications

Who you are:

  • Proven expertise in corporate communications within various settings, including in-house roles, PR agencies, or media outlets
  • Highly effective in articulating thoughts and ideas in English, both writing and orally
  • A detail-oriented approach 
  • Ability to work fast and effectively, coupled with an aspiration to further team achievement
  • Experience in the tech industry is advantageous, but not essential  
  • Ability to build relationships across Trustpilot
  • Confidence to handle complex media enquiries from high profile outlets
  • Proficient in juggling and prioritizing multiple projects
