Role Intro

Join our Corporate Cash Management (CCM) team, delivering advanced cash management advice and solutions to large and mid-cap companies, including the public sector. Our mission is to help clients optimize treasury operations, automate processes, and manage domestic and international payments, FX, liquidity, and investments. You will advise senior corporate leaders (Head of Cash Management, Assistant Treasurers, Treasurers, Head of Payment Operations), aiming to secure cash management mandates for the bank.

Responsabilities

  • Develop new pipeline deals by promoting and selling cash management solutions.

  • Lead client negotiations and structure tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Build deep client relationships through regular engagement and proactive research into their needs with both, existing customers as well as new target clients.

  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing specialist advice and innovative ideas.

  • Support senior Sales Managers with key accounts and top tier customers.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders both within Cash Management (Treasury Advisory, Product Management, Implementation, Services, Operations), Corporate Banking Coverage & Risk Management teams to ensure client-centric solutions and maximize revenue.

  • Prepare account plans, monitor financial KPIs, assess pricing and revenue impacts.

  • Secure internal approvals for transactions and act as the first line of defense by monitoring client financial behavior.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.

  • Stay informed about competitor activity, market trends, and economic or political factors affecting the market.

Skills

  • Solid expertise in cash management, treasury solutions, and addressing the needs of large corporates.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, corporate treasury or within software houses specializing in treasury, account payables & receivables, FX transactions and cash flow optimization.

  • knowledge of ERP/TMS integration, including electronic banking, APIs and embedded finance solutions as well as experience in implementing treasury management systems and leading integration projects are considered a plus

  • Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to support large corporates with complex treasury requirements.

  • Proven sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly proactive, independent, and effective in cross-functional, multicultural teams with a broad business perspective and innovative mindset

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Native Italian and fluent English required.
