Role Summary:

As a Coordinator (HR), you’ll play a key role in supporting our Strategic Alliance People Team to deliver exceptional HR initiatives across an exciting and growing part of the business.

Providing a vital support to our HR Business Partners, you’ll be the go-to person for HR queries, supporting both managers and employees, be responsible for ensuring our people data is accurate and compliant and championing the effective use of Workday. From analysing data to spotting trends that drive decisions, to coordinating key annual HR activities, your work will help shape a high-performing, people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of key people initiatives across Anglian Water’s Strategic Alliances.

  • Maintain accurate HR data, ensuring GDPR compliance, and champion effective use of Workday.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees

  • Manage monthly reporting and relevant documentation

  • Work with the HR Business Partner to coordinate people-related projects such as engagement surveys, talent and performance conversations and organisational design reviews.

  • Drive continuous improvement and help embed a culture of inclusion, fairness, and collaboration

Key Skills & Behaviours:

  • Basic understanding of employment law

  • Confident in approach to effectively manage a range of different stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience of data reporting and identifying trends to inform decision making

  • Proven experience in an administration role, ideally within an HR environment

  • Proactive and enthusiastic

  • Ability to prioritise and adapt

  • High level of confidentiality and ability to handle issues sensitively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience of using Workday is desirable
