This role will report directly to the Manager of Customer Engagement Marketing and will collaborate with internal partners to effectively drive programs to engage and retain customers. The ideal candidate will ensure strong cross-team collaboration (particularly with our paid marketing, brand studio, data, and product teams) and execute campaigns via the email channel for OpenTable across global markets.

Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external collaborators (through our paid marketing team). You will collaborate with restaurant partners and brands to ensure campaigns align with their goals while upholding OpenTable’s brand standards and identity.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage email campaigns: build, collect, and organize restaurant assets, work with design and copy teams, and report

  • Perform QA (quality assurance) processes across multiple systems and implement emails across OpenTable’s North American markets

  • Establish and nurture relationships within your team, key cross-channel partners, and external stakeholders across marketing, product, brand studio, and data teams

  • Ensure brand integrity is maintained in all communications, particularly when managing relationships with restaurant partners and external collaborators

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve future outcomes

Please apply if:

  • Prior experience with a CRM platform (familiarity with Message Gears, Eloqua, Email on Acid, Figma, JIRA, Monday a plus)

  • 1-2 years professional experience

  • Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Highly organized; project management skills and excellent attention to detail will be expected of this position

  • Strong multi-tasker, self-motivated, and flexible
