What will you be doing? 

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of loading and managing contract and pricing data in our systems. This isn’t just about entering SKUs and prices, you’ll be working with regulatory information, coordinating across multiple teams, and supporting the launch of new products to ensure everything is correctly reflected in customer catalogues. Expect regular calls with NHS Supply Chain and collaboration with franchise teams during tender processes to determine pricing models.

Success here means being proactive, curious and ready to learn. We’ll provide training, so this is perfect for graduates or those early in their career who want to grow in a commercial environment. Here’s what will help you shine: 

  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing data 

  • A genuine interest in working with spreadsheets and solid Excel skills. 

  • Confidence in working across teams and handling customer-facing calls 

  • Willingness to learn SAP and Salesforce (we’ll train you if you don’t have experience).
