Job Description
- Lead, manage, and oversee terms and conditions for new contractor associates, including contract extensions.
- Ensure full compliance with IR35 governance and regulatory requirements, advising on best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the contractor community, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
- Oversee and manage the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for agency partnerships, determining appropriate suppliers and leading regular service review meetings.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Resourcing, offering insights on contractor operations.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of key financial reports
- Manage and optimise the cloud-based recruitment management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, candidates, and jobs.
- Drive contractor associate training initiatives on the internal learning platform, ensuring engagement and compliance.
- Oversee and regulate contractor access to internal IT systems, ensuring security and compliance.
- Maintain a central documentation repository for key tools, policies, and processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with contractor associates, addressing challenges and fostering engagement.
- Collaborate strategically with internal teams such as Purchasing, Finance, and PMO to ensure seamless project execution and contractor alignment.
- Work alongside Marketing to ensure contractor-related marketing materials remain current and aligned with branding and engagement strategies.
- Continuously seek to improve contractor operations processes and policies.
- Undertake any additional duties required to enhance contractor operations and resourcing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contractor operations, workforce management, or resourcing, preferably within an IT Services company.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to oversee supplier partnerships and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised multitasker, capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with cloud-based recruitment or workforce management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement solutions and escalate appropriately.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on optimising contractor engagement and governance.
