About
We are looking for a talented and experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (6 months) to join our vibrant People team and be at the heart of our mission to build exceptional teams. From sourcing top-tier talent to orchestrating seamless hiring processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
You Will
- Oversee and manage multiple hiring processes from start to finish independently.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Educate and guide interview panels to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your craft and our recruitment strategies.
- Embrace challenges with a self-starter can-do attitude, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.
You Must Have
- +4 years of experience in full-life-cycle recruitment within the tech industry, ideally hiring for all types of profiles (not just tech or sales, for instance).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple end-to-end hiring processes independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic fully-remote organization.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying top talent, even in the face of challenges.
- Ability at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle.
- Solid foundation in sourcing techniques, with a knack for uncovering hidden talent.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring
- Experience with Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Previous experience in a startup environment, thriving in fast-paced and ever-changing settings.
