Contract Manager - Water Industry 

Location: Tidworth / Aldermarston covering the South Region, with bi monthly travel to Gibraltar

Salary: Upto £55,000 plus car / car allowance & Veolia Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What Will You Be Doing?

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the management of the Gibraltar water contract while supporting regional growth initiatives. You will oversee operational delivery, manage a dedicated team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Preparing performance reports for management and clients

  • Managing the Gibraltar water contract to ensure all objectives are met

  • Overseeing operational and maintenance activities across 2 sites

  • Conducting bi-monthly face-to-face meetings with clients

  • Managing team performance, training, and health & safety

  • Tracking contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables

  • Processing invoicing and payment activities

  • Commercial management to meet budget targets (£700k P&L responsibility)

  • Managing contract amendments, variations and change orders

  • Conducting performance reviews and audits

  • Supporting growth projects within the region

  • Ensuring water quality compliance and health & safety requirements

  • Maintaining contract documentation and audit trails

What Are We Looking For?

Essential Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in a similar contract management role

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of water operations and water quality

  • Senior Maintenance Background: Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles

  • Water Industry Expertise: Contract management experience within the water industry

Desirable Attributes

  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Gibraltar
