Position Title: Associate Director, Communications - Corporate Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile communicator who excels in writing, pays meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative mindset and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working seamlessly with various stakeholders and team members.

Job Description:

Corporate Marketing & Communications:

  • Create external corporate content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Provide stories for the intranet and support internal communication strategy.
  • Write and edit content for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate filming and manage video production vendors.
  • Manage marketing and communications projects as required.

Media Relations:

  • Support the media team to write and review press releases, manage compliance, and amplify content on social media.
  • Manage rankings and awards calendar, write submissions, and promote successes on social media.
  • Oversee survey processes, coordinate translations, and compile global media highlights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in communications, media relations, or marketing within asset management or related industries.
  • Working knowledge of investment products and services preferred.
  • Impeccable written, verbal, and communication skills; strong proofreading abilities.
  • A team player who is accountable and flexible.
  • Exceptional project management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
