You will be expected to produce a weekly report to share internally and with partners.

  • Supporting New Business Pitches (25%): You will work with the new business team to support the pitch process by creating presentations and co-ordinating information for the presentation and ensuring this information is visualised in a creative and easy to understand way.

You will learn
  • How to manage day-to-day relationships with podcast partners, with guidance from senior team members

  • Support partner communication and how to route queries to the right internal teams

  • Build on your existing skills in Excel, data analysis and visualisation by helping with partner updates and reports (full training provided)

  • Gain exposure to the commercial side of podcasting by supporting pitches and partnership opportunities

  • Develop research and presentation skills by helping with new podcast acquisition projects

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as revenue statements and invoice processing to understand the full picture

  • Learn how to identify and evaluate new content opportunities

  • Build your knowledge of the podcast and digital audio industry, with mentorship from the team
