For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: - $35/hr - $40/hr
Zone B: - $32/hr - $36/hr
Zone C: - $29/hr - $33/hr
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities
- Support the creative development of branded video and audio content, from concept to final delivery.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and production planning.
- Assist in filming and capturing live-action content, ensuring creative intent and quality are maintained.
- Edit videos for multiple formats and platforms, balancing storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
- Manage media assets and maintain organized project files throughout the production process.
- Collaborate closely with our creative director, producers, editors, content creators, and designers to ensure seamless execution across all deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026.
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor'sdegree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027, ideally in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of video production, from concept development through post-production.
- Entry level hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Entry level experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with branded content, social media storytelling, or short-form video formats.
- Experience creating narrative-driven content (e.g. social media content).
- Basic video editing skills (using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of production workflows and digital asset management.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating creative and technical ability in video production.
