Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored for the Bingo, Slots, and Casino audience, showcasing expertise beyond SEO tactics.
- Align content strategies with both short-term and long-term business objectives, focusing on authenticity and user engagement.
- Prioritize and manage the content calendar, keyword mapping, and objectives to align with business goals and KPIs.
- Create a strategy for distributing content across various platforms, including social media, email, and video, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and management processes, improving efficiency and quality.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify content gaps and refine strategies.
- Monitor A/B test results and propose UX improvements based on performance data and user behavior insights.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and manage a team of editors, copywriters, and freelancers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Oversee task allocation, resource planning, and provide editorial guidance to team members.
- Encourage personal and professional growth within the team, ensuring high standards of content quality.
Freelancer and Agency Management
- Source, manage, and retain freelancers to create original, high-quality content for multiple platforms.
- Manage freelancer budgets and ensure the timely delivery of commissioned content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders, including product managers and internal teams, to ensure tone of voice and brand standards are maintained.
- Collaborate across departments, including SEO, UX, Brand, and AdOps teams, to align strategies and content goals.
SEO and Content Optimization
- Analyze and implement on-page optimizations to enhance organic visibility and improve keyword rankings.
- Develop content clustering and topic authority strategies to maximize relevance and user engagement.
- Integrate branding and persuasion techniques into SEO-optimized content to drive conversions.
- Monitor and report on content performance, keyword rankings, and audience engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in SEO and content management, particularly in Bingo, Slots, and Casino or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting competitor analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
- Strong understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with large-scale SEO content projects and multi-channel distribution strategies.
- Knowledge of UX principles and how content impacts the user journey.
- Experience managing small teams or leading collaborative projects.
- Comfort with leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-Pilot to optimize workflows and content creation.
