The Office of the President drives the narrative of EMEA President and strengthens her voice across customers, partners, and the sales community.
As Content Strategist, you produce high-quality content, shape clear storylines, and bring consistency across the EMEA President's external and sales-facing communications.
You work with the executive Content Manager, who owns the narrative and voice of the EMEA president, partnering closely with EMEA Communications. You focus on drafting, structuring, and operational delivery, with a path to take full ownership of projects as you build your experience in the business.

As Content Strategist, you produce high-quality content, shape clear storylines, and bring consistency across the EMEA President's external and sales-facing communications.
You work with the executive Content Manager, who owns the narrative and voice of the EMEA president, partnering closely with EMEA Communications. You focus on drafting, structuring, and operational delivery, with a path to take full ownership of projects as you build your experience in the business.
What you get to do in this role:
Content creation and storytelling
- Own first drafts of speeches, scripts, newsletters, and talking points, delivered with consistency and in line with the voice of the EMEA President.
- Turn business priorities and data into simple narratives for ongoing use, refreshing quarterly.
- Maintain message maps and reusable assets.
Sales community and field communications
- Produce regular newsletter drafts and field communication packs to support consistent and motivational connections across EMEA sales teams.
- Align Office of the President Communications with global, regional and EMEA communications calendars, working across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Communications, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Business Ops and Field Leadership for content inputs, validation and approvals for sales communications content.
Event and speaking engagement support
- Identify, vet and recommend relevant speaking engagements for EMEA President, based on ongoing narrative themes.
- Manage briefing document creation and editing for EMEA President's key speaking opportunities
- Develop compelling visual content for speaking engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage EMEA President event participation, logistics, ancillary activity and speech themes, as well as collecting data for relevant storytelling.
Executive presence and external voice
- Partner with exec content manager on developing creative and thought leadership driven LinkedIn content, aligned to EMEA President's brand and narrative themes.
- Monitor internal and external trends and news to understand the industry and develop timely content.
- Maintain the social media content calendar for EMEA President with a forward looking and strategic lens.
Operational excellence
- Own deadlines, version control, and content workflows in alignment with the exec content manager.
- Regularly review and update content library.
- Represent the Office of the President across the business with strong collaboration
- Ensure input alignment before escalation to exec content manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Proven experience in content strategy, executive communications, speechwriting, or strategic storytelling, ideally supporting senior leaders or executives
- Strong ability to translate complex business priorities, data, and strategy into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience drafting speeches, scripts, talking points, newsletters, and executive communications
- Demonstrated capability to write in a consistent executive voice, adapting tone for external, sales-facing, and internal audiences
- Experience working closely with Communications, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Business Operations teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of sales organizations and field communications, with the ability to create motivational, aligned messaging
- Experience supporting executive speaking engagements, including briefing documents, event messaging, and visual content development
- Ability to identify and shape thought leadership and executive social content, particularly for LinkedIn and external platforms
- Strong project management and operational discipline, including ownership of deadlines, version control, and content workflows
- Comfort managing multiple stakeholders, balancing inputs, and driving alignment without direct authority
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain message maps, reusable assets, and content libraries
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn the organization, priorities, and regional dynamics (EMEA experience a plus)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, spot narrative opportunities, and operate with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with senior executive exposure
