The Marketing Transformation Team is a strategic collective of practitioners in strategy & consulting, marketing technology and content strategy. The team is at the forefront of our most strategic and AI enabled solutions collaborating closely with clients to enable the creation and delivery of content experiences at scale.
What does a AI Content Manager do at Hogarth?
The AI Content Manager at Hogarth is focussed on developing and implementing effective AI content strategies that align with the company's AI-driven approach. They are responsible for crafting compelling content plans, conducting audience analysis and optimizing content across various digital platforms.
This is not a creative role but requires a deep understanding of the content creation process, channel best practices and emerging digital trends. The Content Strategist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences. They analyse content performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.
The Content Strategist also plays a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency, developing content guidelines and ensuring all content adheres to Hogarth's quality standards. They work to streamline content workflows, leverage AI tools for content optimisation and contribute to the overall growth of Hogarth's content capabilities.

- Integrate advanced AI content solutions across multiple organizational workflow systems.
- Create personalized content experiences using intelligent AI-driven engagement strategies.
- Establish comprehensive guidelines for ethical and effective AI content generation.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for AI-generated content and outputs.
- Provide expert training on cutting-edge generative AI tools and techniques.
- Recommend innovative AI platforms to streamline complex content production processes.
- Design meaningful metrics tracking AI's impact on content performance objectives.
- Monitor ethical considerations and potential biases in generative AI content development.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Head Of Content Consulting. You will work closely with Business Consulting, Martech and Production teams
The Head of Content Consulting reports into the Global Head Of Marketing Transformation who is accountable for all of the team members working on future AI-driven production capabilities and innovations.
Requirements
- Experience from a similar advertising/ production agency
- Familiarity with generative AI and digital content trends.
- Appetite to find new and innovative solutions to existing problems.
- A proven content strategy experience in consulting or agency settings.
- Expertise in creative strategy and omni-channel content planning.
- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse markets and audiences.
- Skilled in analysing metrics for strategic improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members collaboratively.
