BCM One is looking to add a creative Content Strategist to our growing Marketing team.  This role is ideal for someone with fresh ideas, a passion for building brand identity, and amplifying our digital presence across a diverse portfolio of global communications products and services. 


This is a newly created role offering you the chance to shape and elevate how our content is crafted, distributed, and scaled throughout the business. You will collaborate closely with sales enablement, product, and marketing teams to transform technical concepts into engaging narratives that strengthen our brand and connect with a broad enterprise audience.

Work Locations: 

Hybrid with flexibility, based out of our London office.  This position must live and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours: 8:00/9:00am to 17:00/18:00.  



Travel: Occasional UK‑based travel for corporate or industry events, with an estimated one to two trips per year (approx. 10% or less). 

What You Will Do:

  • Create customer‑facing, enterprise‑level content including blogs, guides, thought leadership, and campaign assets for diverse global consumption 
  • Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content without oversimplifying 
  • Own and evolve a content calendar, from planning through execution 
  • Support brand awareness and lead‑generation initiatives through high‑impact written and visual content 
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, SDRs, and Marketing stakeholders across the US and UK to achieve company and revenue goals 
  • Contribute to and eventually help shape content strategy, not just execution 
  • Support social media content with a focus on engagement and growth 
  • Use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity while maintaining quality and originality 
  • Analyze content performance and adjust approach based on engagement and results over time 

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation; B2B tech or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to write for technical and enterprise audiences; portfolio preferred
  • Skilled at translating complex and technical information into clear, engaging content for industry audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to personally produce a high volume of diverse content across multiple channels, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and video production required
  • Experience planning video content and collaborating with editors; video editing skills are a plus
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and content development required
  • Experience with SEO and social media platforms (e.g., SEMrush, LinkedIn, YouTube), including creating, posting, and analyzing content performance on LinkedIn
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and other relevant tools)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and content distribution/advocacy tools (e.g., Ambassify, Hootsuite)
  • Strong attention to detail, including grammar and content accuracy
  • Confident communicator comfortable collaborating with global teams and audiences in the US and UK, conducting stakeholder interviews, and appearing on camera occasionally
