What’s the opportunity? 
The Content Specialist is in charge of creating and executing content in different forms and shapes on products, industries and geography, giving support to the global teams of sales, growth, and marketing. Reporting to the Head of Content, you will support and execute all communication strategies to position dLocal as a thought leader in the industry, generate marketing-qualified leads through our content, and ensure consistent messaging of our mission. You will work closely with the local leadership and sales team to maximize marketing deliverable outputs and ROI.

What will I be doing?

  • Research, write, and edit engaging and grammatically correct copy for thought leadership, demand generation, and partner/customer marketing. Own the end-to-end production of campaign assets, including: emails, landing pages, social media posts, eBooks, decks, reports, webinars, infographics, scripts, print materials, web content, and case studies.
  • Regularly, collaborate with marketing and product peers, designers, partners, and external vendors on content production needs.
  • Create and execute high-quality content while managing projects end-to-end across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
  • Manage and oversee a rigorous content production calendar, including social media, to ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels.
  • Roll out new campaigns and programs to enable optimal lead follow-up.
  • Support dLocal’s brand narrative and ensure it is propelled in a consistent fashion across all media platformsFollow closely all PR activities by assisting our PR agencies with content and ideas to develop Press Releases, byline articles, video messages, and other relevant thought leadership content.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies, focusing on LinkedIn and Twitter, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media and content metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback from peers, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and impact.
  • Leverage AI tools and other technologies to enhance content creation efficiency, ensure consistency, and streamline workflows.

What skills do I need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communication, or other related fields. 5+ years of marketing experience at a B2B company, preferably in the payments, or international eCommerce industry. 
  • Experience in creating and executing content marketing strategies, with knowledge of the FinTech and payments industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for storytelling and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Bias for action, as well as a deep understanding of technology, and the ability to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work remotely, adapt to changing work environments, and build relationships across multiple teams.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision and maximum accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance across channels to inform strategy and optimize ROI.
  • Creativity to encourage learning and supportive networking.
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude.
  • Out of the box (what box?) thinker.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Openness to receiving feedback and iterating on work to achieve excellence.
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools for content creation, editing, or workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus
