Why this role is important to us

As our new Content Specialist, you will be part of a team that creates compelling investment management technology content enhancing our thought leadership position. By blending AI tools with traditional methods, you will develop materials that resonate with investment professionals across the entire lifecycle - from front to back office. This role offers a great opportunity to shape industry content creation while utilizing modern AI to enhance productivity and creativity.

What you will be responsible for

Content Creation & AI Integration

  • Create specialized content on investment management topics including portfolio, risk, and data management; evolving operating models; regulatory changes and market trends 
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality and ensuring accuracy 

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Leverage industry experience to create relevant content for investment management audiences 
  • Collaborate with internal experts to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives and ensure technical accuracy and depth 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments 
  • Implement strategies addressing the specialized needs of operations leaders across asset management, insurance, and pension segments 
  • Align content to the buying journey and address identified gaps 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, commercial teams, and the Investment Decision Research team to articulate compelling value propositions 
  • Work with Regional Marketing and Commercial Development to keep abreast of client pain points and regional content needs 
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on campaign alignment and implementation 

Content Performance & Optimization 

  • Monitor and analyze performance of investment-focused content 
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback

  • 5+ years of experience in financial content creation (written, visual, video, social), for example front office expertise 
  • Proficient English writing and editing skills with attention to detail and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content 
  • Comprehensive understanding of content marketing principles and best practices 
  • Experience with content performance analytics and optimization and some familiarity with AI tools  
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas
