At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle.

The team

As a marketing team, our job is to deliver best in class communications and frictionless customer journeys. We think creatively about how to have valuable conversations with our customers and make sure they understand our products.

You’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative team made up of enthusiastic and experienced marketers. Together, we drive leads and revenue for the business through impactful campaigns targeting both prospects and existing customers.

The role

As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the execution of our BAU and partner marketing campaigns. Your primary purpose is to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets that enable performance and scale.

You will own the end-to-end creative process - from copywriting to asset distribution - while applying strong creative judgment and attention to detail. Working closely with Marketing Managers, the Programme Coordinator, and Partner Marketing teams, you’ll translate campaign objectives into compelling content and manage collaboration with designers, videographers, and other creative specialists.

What you'll be doing

  • Hands-On Copywriting– Write or optimise copy for campaigns, applying creative judgment while leveraging existing brand tone and guidelines.
  • End-to-End Creative Process – Own delivery of creative assets from initial briefing through to post-launch refinements. Briefing designers and videographers where required.
  • Competitor reviews & customer research - Assist with competitor and customer research as required, summarising findings for use in briefs and creative direction.
  • Feedback & Insights – Capture and share content and campaign learnings with the Marketing Programme Coordinator to inform future work.
  • Asset Distribution – Share and manage final assets with internal stakeholders and partners for execution.

Your work will directly contribute to:

  • Lead generation through partner marketing campaigns
  • Customer engagement and retention via optimised journeys and thought leadership content
  • Brand consistency and performance across all creative outputs

What we think you’ll need

  • Excellent written communication and copy optimisation skills
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign delivery or creative project management
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Familiarity with briefing creative teams and managing asset production
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and ensure consistency across assets
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to haves

  • Experience in partner marketing or B2B marketing environments
  • Knowledge of customer journey optimisation and funnel marketing
  • Familiarity with competitor analysis and customer research methodologies
  • Understanding of design and video production processes
