  • Craft compelling PowerPoint—clear story arcs, data visualization, and speaker notes—for exec briefings, sales enablement, events, and partner co-marketing.
  • Produce simple graphics, infographics, visuals for decks, one-pagers, and social posts using Figma/Canva/Adobe and AI tools (e.g., generative images, layout assistants, background removal, brand kits). Ensure brand consistency and accessibility (readability, contrast, alt text).
  • Build a scalable pipeline of references—testimonials, reference calls, videos—and maintain a searchable reference library.
  • Coordinate with the Global Web team; manage translation quality, tone, and contextual accuracy across sites and assets.
  • Drive content adaptation, SEO keyword translation, and social/digital localization; ensure message fit and brand voice.
  • Maintain calendars, briefs, and style/terminology guides; enforce review workflows and version control.
  • Track content performance and advocacy utilization; translate insights into quarterly content plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content, product/solutions marketing, or communications, with a portfolio of published writing samples.
  • 1+ years in warehouse/robotics/automation industries.
  • Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides, including narrative development, visual hierarchy, and data visualization (charts, tables, speaker notes).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite for light content production, with the ability to brief designers for complex creative needs.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools for ideation, content structuring, imagery, iconography, layout support, and translation quality assurance (e.g., TMS prompting, glossary validation).
  • Strong editorial expertise in briefing, interviewing, and storytelling, with a track record of transforming technical information into compelling, market-ready narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, basic SEO, and analytics; familiarity with translation workflows and in-market review processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across sales, solutions engineering, product, and external agencies.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
