Our Open-Source Contract Libraries are a public good that have facilitated the transfer of over $35 trillion and are considered the industry standard for smart contract development.

Our professional expertise integrates seamlessly into clients’ development lifecycles, enabling teams to plan, code, audit, deploy, and operate projects more quickly and securely.

The Marketing Team

The Marketing Team at OpenZeppelin drives awareness and adoption across every product and service we ship, from the flagship OpenZeppelin Contracts Libraries to open source development tooling like Relayers and Monitor and the new Financial Institutions Stack.

Working hand-in-hand with Product, Design, Sales, and Open Source Engineering, the team owns messaging, go-to-market strategy, content, and events that position OpenZeppelin as the standard for blockchain development.

What you'll be doing

As OpenZeppelin's Content Marketer, you will own the creation, coordination, and distribution of content across all marketing channels. Your role is to manage content calendars, produce high-quality written content, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms—from social media to blog posts to website copy. • Manage multichannel distribution by adapting content for different platforms while maintaining brand voice and ensuring maximum impact across each channel.
  • Expand content channels by developing and launching new content initiatives including newsletters, video scripts, and other formats that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by working with Product, DevRel, and technical teams to translate complex security and blockchain concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Optimize content performance by tracking metrics, analyzing what works, and continuously improving content quality and effectiveness.
  • Maintain content standards by ensuring all published materials meet OpenZeppelin's quality bar, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
Location
  • All positions at OpenZeppelin are 100% remote, however you should be located between UTC-8 and UTC+2 to be considered for this position.
You have
  • 3+ years in content marketing, preferably in B2B tech, blockchain, or developer-focused environments.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats—from technical blog posts to social media to long-form content.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven experience managing content calendars, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Attention to detail with meticulous editing skills and commitment to quality.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization
