Role Description
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator who is energetic, organised and comfortable moving fast. You’ll be the person who makes content happen at TalentNeuron - writing blog posts, cutting webinar clips, building out email campaigns, and turning a single piece of research into a full suite of assets that reach senior HR leaders across every channel
This is a hands-on execution role. This role will create, edit, publish, and distribute content every week across written, video, social, and email channels. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team, and you’ll need to be a strong communicator who thrives working with other teams across different timezones.
This is a remote role based in EMEA.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Production
Write and edit content across formats: blog posts, social copy, email sequences, landing pages, case study drafts, and webinar promotional materials. You’ll work with TalentNeuron’s data science and consulting teams to turn research and data into meaningful insights - you don’t need to be a workforce planning expert on day one, but you do need the curiosity and editorial instinct to make technical topics accessible and interesting.
Webinar & Event Content
Support the planning, promotion, and post-production of TalentNeuron’s webinar programme. This means writing promotional copy and email sequences to drive registrations, and critically - owning the post-event content: clipping highlights, writing recap posts, and packaging recordings into assets that extend the life of every event well beyond the live session.
Video Editing & Multimedia
Edit webinar recordings, executive conversations, and event content into short-form, social-ready clips using tools like Goldcast, Riverside.fm, Canva, or similar. You should be comfortable cutting a tight 60-second highlight, adding captions, and packaging it for LinkedIn or email without waiting on a specialist. You don’t need to be a professional video editor - but you do need to be handy, fast, and willing to learn.
Content Atomisation & Repurposing
This is where a significant portion of your energy will go. Every research report, webinar, podcast recording, or customer story is raw material. Your job is to extract maximum value from it - breaking a single asset down into blog posts, social carousels, pull-quote graphics, short video snippets, email nurture copy, and sales enablement pieces. You think in asset cascades, not individual deliverables.
Distribution & Channel Execution
Get content in front of the right people. Manage publishing across the blog, LinkedIn, email, and other channels with a consistent cadence. Understand what works where - a long LinkedIn post is not the same as an email subject line or a 30-second video clip. Apply basic SEO principles to written content to build organic visibility over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Demand Generation to ensure content feeds campaigns. Coordinate with Sales and Account Management to understand what buyers are asking and what competitive content is needed. Manage external freelancers where needed, with clear briefs and consistent quality standards. You’ll be part of a distributed team across the UK, US, India, and Europe - strong written communication and reliable follow-through are essential.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or a related communications role - ideally in a startup or fast-moving technology environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English with a genuine feel for what makes content clear, engaging, and worth reading.
- Experience creating content across multiple channels: social media, video, email, blog, or similar - you’re a generalist who can work across formats, not a specialist in just one.
- Hands-on experience editing video - even if self-taught. You can clip a webinar recording, add captions, and turn it into something social-ready using tools like Goldcast, Riverside.fm, Canva, or similar.
- Experience supporting or producing webinars: writing promotional copy, coordinating logistics, and repurposing recordings into post-event content.
- Comfortable working across a distributed team and time zones.
- Highly organised and productive - you manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and don’t let things slip through the cracks.
- Energetic, collaborative, and self-starting - you take initiative, ask good questions, and bring positive energy to a fast-paced team.
- A portfolio, writing samples, or examples of content you’ve created across formats (written, video, social, email).
- Must be based in the United Kingdom or Europe and eligible to work there.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or HR technology environment.
- Familiarity with HR, workforce planning, talent acquisition, or people analytics as a topic area.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, or email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar).
- Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate content drafting, ideation, or production.
- Background in a seed-to-Series C startup or PE-backed high-growth company.
What Success Looks Like
A reliable, high-output content engine that consistently turns TalentNeuron’s data, research, and expertise into assets that reach and resonate with senior HR leaders. Webinars don’t end at the live event - they generate clips, posts, and nurture content for weeks afterward. Research reports don’t sit as PDFs - they become campaigns. Content gets published on time, distributed to the right channels, and measurably contributes to engagement and pipeline. And you’re known across the team as someone who gets things done - energetic, organised, and easy to work with.
We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
