The impact you’ll have:

As an international Content Manager at loveholidays you’ll play a key role in our ambition to become Europe’s leading online travel agent. Working in our international content team, you’ll ensure our English content is translated seamlessly into multiple languages using AI and other means of translation.

You’ll be comfortable using a range of AI powered tools to steer translations at scale and curating content from scratch. You’ll be the guardian of our tone of voice in some of our international markets and play a central role in ensuring our brand personality resonates well with our international customers. You will liaise with various internal and external teams and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day:

  • Working with wider stakeholders to plan and deliver content that supports the wider business

  • Orchestration of internal and external language resources

  • Creating, reviewing and editing Glossaries, translation prompts to ensure translation outputs for a range of channels are up to a high standard

  • Reviewing and editing copy translated from English to Swedish, Norwegian and Danish to fit brand guidelines and tone of voice

  • Creating user centric content that helps resolves user issues and customer service queries

  • Working across the marketing team to curate content for email, push, social and brand activities in international markets

Your skillset:

  • Fluent in English and either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish, both verbal and written communication

  • Ability to translate copy from English into either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish to a high standard

  • Experience in managing content in multiple languages including orchestrating part time language resources or agencies.

  • Experience in how brand guidelines influence the creation of copy, including tone of voice, how to adapt copy to a range of platforms and channels e.g. email and social media

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise different projects effectively

  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Looker or Tableau to monitor performance, and make data-led decisions regarding future campaigns

Desirable:

  • Any additional European language skills are very desirable, particularly Dutch, Polish, Czech or German

  • Experience using platforms such as Braze, Twilio or similar to create email and push campaigns, as well as segmentation using custom data

  • Experience creating brand content

  • Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector

  • Good understanding of how SEO influences onsite content

The interview journey:

  1. Introduction with a member of the Talent Team - 30 minutes

  2. 1st Stage Interview with the Hiring Manager - 45 minutes

  3. Short written translation task

  4. Final stage with key stakeholder in office - 60 minutes
