Prime Purpose of Role

To be responsible for maintaining all records in our content library, Qvidian for JO Hambro and the Trillium boutiques. This incudes annual certification, editiing and automating RFI/DDQ’s to enhance wider efficiencies within the RFP team.

The individual will also take the lead on final editing of complete RFX.

As JOH moves to data warehousing and Ai utilisation there will be an increasing need for all RFX to align with new technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Individual must be highly competent in using Ai and automation functionality within Qvidian.

  • Liaise with internal clients and undertake regular and rigorous checking to ensure the RFP database is current, relevant and accurate.

  • Craft bespoke content for the library as required.

  • Collaborate with global RFP team colleagues for all Perpetual boutiques to continuously improve the production process – this will include process and technology enhancements.

  • Work with wider Perpetual boutiques to maintain expert knowledge of systems and processes and how developments may be relevant to the RFP team.

  • Ad-hoc senior level project participation as required.

  • Take the lead editing the team’s output to ensure best of class RFX submissions.

Regulatory Responsibilities

To conduct themselves in accordance with the regulatory requirements and obligations of the regulated entities, paying due regard to the Financial Conduct Authority's Senior Manager and Certification Regime (as well as any other required local regulatory approvals and/or codes of ethics).

Key Skills

  • Expert level Qvidian user with a strong desire to drive efficiency through the use of new technologies.

  • Ability to demonstrate full automation capabilities within Qvidian.

  • Ability to recognise new technologies and how they may assist the RFP team and the wider business.

  • Detailed knowledge of Asset Management business to drive content collation from firmwide SME’s.

  • Ability to work closely with investment professionals.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Team-player – able to work in a small team to deliver an outstanding experience to our internal clients and SME’s.

  • Autonomous and takes responsibility for incoming work and delivers on deadlines. 

  • Strong desire to utilise new technologies to enhance the client experience across Distribution.
