Content Creator | GoHenry

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with a purpose - someone who can bring our mission to life: helping kids and teens get smart with money (and helping parents feel proud of it).

Working hand-in-hand with our Social Media Manager and Creative Studios team, you’ll dream up and deliver scroll-stopping content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that’s equal parts education and entertainment - transforming big financial ideas into small, shareable moments that make people think, laugh, and learn.

If you love turning trends into teachable moments and believe a good video can change a money mindset, this is your playground.

From playful Reels to thumb-stopping posts, you’ll spark curiosity, build trust, and grow our community of families. You’re a natural storyteller who knows how to use humor, emotion, and creativity to connect. You’re confident on camera, obsessed with what’s trending, and know exactly how to make complex topics feel simple and fun.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & star in short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that makes money lessons feel easy, cool, and impossible to scroll past

  • Write sharp, engaging copy - from witty captions to snackable explainers

  • Turn financial topics like saving, earning, and budgeting into clever, age-appropriate stories that resonate with kids and parents alike

  • Collaborate across teams (Brand, Design, Product) to bring campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments to life

  • Stay ahead of trends and spot new ways we can show up with authenticity, creativity, and cultural relevance

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience creating content for a consumer brand—bonus if it’s in fintech, edtech, parenting, or youth culture.

  • You’re comfortable on camera creating your own content, as well as briefing and directing creators to bring ideas to life.

  • You’re confident in creating content for both parents and kids—and know how to tailor tone and visuals accordingly.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an eye for what works on each platform.

  • Experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar), and comfortable producing on your phone.

  • A natural collaborator with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Passionate about financial literacy, education, and making money skills feel accessible and fun.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up or small agency environment

  • You are a parent and are comfortable with your kids appearing in content on our channels

What’s in it for you?

All the essentials you would expect, including a workplace pension plan, 33 days of holiday (including public holidays), & great company events local & abroad!

Other Offers:

  • GoFlex - Work from Home, Office, or a mix of both

  • Your Birthday Day off

  • 25 days annual leave, in addition to 8 UK bank holidays

  • An excellent Induction & onboarding program with ongoing learning & development throughout your career

  • A choice between Bupa Health Cash Plan or Bupa Private Medical

  • Death in service – 4x your annual salary from month 1

  • Physical and Mental Wellbeing support and platforms for you and your family

  • Family-friendly leave policies

  • Enhanced maternity leave – 20 weeks full basic pay after 2 years’ service and 26 weeks full basic pay after 3 years’ service

  • Paternity leave – 4 weeks full pay after probation

  • Salary Sacrifice options
