As a Content and Copywriter at Civica, you will help bring our brand and campaigns to life through clear, engaging and purposeful content. Working within our Brand and Creative team, you will create written content that supports campaigns, thought leadership and digital marketing activity across a global audience. This role offers the chance to sharpen your craft, collaborate closely with designers and marketers, and contribute to content that helps public sector organisations improve services for citizens.
What you will do to be successful in this role
Responsibilities:
- Create clear, engaging copy across campaigns, web, email, social and case studies that brings Civica’s brand to life.
- Turn complex public sector and technology topics into compelling stories that resonate with professional audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and campaign teams to develop creative assets where copy and visuals work seamlessly together.
- Contribute to a busy content calendar, delivering high-quality work across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Develop customer stories and case studies that showcase the real-world impact of Civica’s technology.
- Use writing tools thoughtfully to support research, ideas and first drafts, refining the final content to meet brand and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong writing ability with a portfolio demonstrating experience across campaign, digital or long-form B2B content.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, formats and channels whilst maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and how content supports campaigns, demand generation and sales conversations.
- Comfortable translating complex topics into clear, engaging content for professional audiences.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver high-quality work to deadline.
- Experience using, or interest in using writing tools to support research, ideation and drafting whilst maintaining editorial quality.
