Job Description:

Sherpany is the Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its foundation in 2011, Sherpany has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. More than 300 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers already use Sherpany to make their business meetings more productive and thus increase their company’s success. According to a jury of international investors, Sherpany is one of the best scale-ups in Switzerland with the potential to become a unicorn. Sherpany employs over 150 people at six locations in Europe and remotely in 19 countries around the world.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the coordination and execution of content initiatives, turning strategy into reality across markets, languages and channels

  • Support content scalability through localisation across industries and languages (e.g. Dutch, Swedish, French), including preparation, AI-supported workflows, research, review and quality checks

  • Take ownership of communication and coordination with our freelancer network, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery

  • Ensure the efficient production and distribution of content to sellers, marketing promoters, and other stakeholders

  • Execute content roadmaps and themes defined by the Head of Marketing and Senior Content Manager using established frameworks

  • Support the Senior Content Manager by taking over operational tasks, freeing up capacity for strategic initiatives such as GEO and website optimisation

  • Drive continuous improvement in content operations, processes, and workflows to enable long-term scalability

  • Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a highly international environment

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing

  • Exposure to content marketing and SEO principles is an advantage

  • Highly organised with strong time and task management skills

  • Comfortable working fluently in English

  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate with both creative and technical teams

  • Curious, thorough, and proactive problem-solver

  • Comfortable working with a diverse, international team across cultures and disciplines

  • Self-starter who works confidently in a remote-first setup and manages their time effectively
