What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a dynamic Consumer Operations Executive to join our growing Consumer Interactive team.
 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Interface with clients, supporting with account management queries and responsible for the review/delivery of MI to clients.
  • Pro-actively manage the Consumer Ops inbox responding to internal/external emails.
  • Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve escalated client queries.
  • Responsible for investigating data issues, along with trends and patterns, via data queries, to deliver effective and actionable insight to the business and clients.
  • Support Consumer Interactive Identity Protection and Breach team with onboarding of new clients via set-up of breach services.
  • Coordinate and issue client communications regarding product or service maintenance/updates.
  • Interface with the Consumer Services teams to support the implementation of improved efficiencies within consumer communication and the dispute process.
  • Support to ensure operational/process requirements are captured and documented.
  • Facilitate MI and Billing requirements for clients.
  • Manage standard onboarding of new clients.
  • Complete regulatory oversight on our partners to ensure operating in line with our requirements, and escalation of findings where issues are identified.
  • Support internal teams with user access management to internal admin products and complete regular user access audits.
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts to continually be aware of the market, both clients and competitors, and provide voice of customer feedback into TU.
  • Support with wider Consumer Interactive activities including monthly reporting, risk register and business continuity.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
