As our next Consumer CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping us build and scale the consumer CRM growth engine for the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace. You’ll go beyond traditional execution, using lifecycle marketing to influence customer behavior across the homeowner journey making the process of finding and hiring a trade smarter, faster, and without the faff.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Building and scaling the growth engine: Designing and launching behavioral messaging and lifecycle journeys that guide homeowners from their first visit to their tenth job posting.

  • Driving activation and retention: Identifying behavioral opportunities across the funnel to improve how people engage with our platform and return for future projects.

  • Leading experimentation: Running A/B tests and experimentation programmes to continuously refine messaging, timing, and segmentation.

  • Connecting data to impact: Using customer insights to measure performance and ensure every CRM interaction is driving meaningful marketplace activity and lifetime value.

  • Collaborating across the business: Partnering with Product, Consumer, and Data teams to embed lifecycle thinking into new features and wider growth initiatives.

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring

  • Platform Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Braze (or equivalent lifecycle tooling), designing automated multi-channel journeys (email, push, etc.) at scale.

  • Lifecycle & Growth Expertise: A background in CRM or growth within a consumer, marketplace, or digital platform environment, with a strong intuition for behavioral triggers.

  • Analytical Strength: The ability to move beyond "opens and clicks" to connect CRM activity to commercial revenue outcomes and retention metrics.

  • Operational Rigour: A focus on building scalable systems, processes, and governance frameworks rather than just running one-off campaigns.

  • A Bias for Action: You’re able to prioritize effectively, make clear decisions, and deliver high-impact work in a fast-moving, product-led environment.

We believe great work deserves great rewards. Here’s just a taste:

  • Competitive salary + annual bonus or commission (role dependent)

  • Employee Share Program

  • Health, well-being and learning support

  • Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme and Cycle Scheme

  • Birthday/Special day leave

  • Buy & sell holiday scheme

  • 1 week’s paid charity leave and much more!

How we’ll get to know each other:

  • Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners

  • 1st stage interview with Hiring Manager

  • 2nd Stage interview with Senior Stakeholders

  • Final stage interview includes a case study presentation

If this sounds like the place where you can do your best work, we’d love to hear from you, even if you don’t tick every box
