POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an individual to assist with our integration and review of data between two of the core systems used for the on-boarding and payment of Vendors.

The individual will be asked to perform a number of data entry and data reconciliation tasks to align the data and create a ‘single source of truth’ for the data we hold on our Vendors.

The individual should be able to work as part of a team and collaborate with others, whilst also able to demonstrate a desire to achieve outcomes.

The individual will report to the LR&C team but work closely with the Shared Services Team within RenaissanceRe.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Experience of working within IT projects in a financial services environment and SOX controlled applications desired but not essential.

Knowledge and experience in the field of Business Analysis desired but not essential.

Ability to work both independently and coordinate as required.

An understanding or previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) would be beneficial.

Knowledge of different types of Vendor relationships and contracts is desired but not essential.

Experience of IT support systems, e.g. JIRA, Excel etc. desired but not essential.

Strong documentation skills.

Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
