Job Summary:

Τhe client-focused Consultant, based in Athens, will drive the successful delivery and hands-on implementation of our investment management solution. The will be responsible for taking approved business designs and turning them into a fully functional system. This role requires a blend of technical configuration skills, project management, and a passion for teaching clients how to get the most value from our technology.

What You Will Do: 

·   Serves as the primary project lead, managing timelines, milestones, and client expectations from kickoff to go-live

·  Collaborates with clients to understand their specific needs and customizes our software to meet those needs.

·  Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs to ensure clients achieve high adoption and ROI

·  Executes rigorous manual testing to validate that the configured solution meets the agreed-upon functional specs

·  Provides expert troubleshooting and tactical guidance for existing clients to optimize their daily operations

·        BSc in in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.

·        3-6 years of experience in investment management, software consultancy, or a related role.

·        Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

·        Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

·        Exceptional client service skills and communication abilities

·        Excellent command of the English Language.

·        Hands-on and results driven approach.

·        Highly organized, highly procedural, methodical and have a keen eye for detail.

·        People-person and a proven leader who can influence Developers and QA Team.

·        Technical proficiency in SQL will be considered an asset.

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
