As Compliance Specialist, your role will support the effective and efficient management of global Anti-bribery and Corruption (ABAC) Compliance and Data Privacy program operations.

Through your work to mitigate risk we can do what we do in full confidence we're putting our patients at the centre of what we do.

What will you be doing?

In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you'll be focusing on ensuring ABAC compliance standards are met across various systems and processes at S&N, collaborating with a wide scope of departments! The position gives you lots of exposure to policy management, systems administration, training, reporting, and privacy support, all aimed at maintaining high standards of compliance and privacy.

  • You'll support the regular review and revision of our compliance and privacy policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and coordinate policy approval processes.
  • Manage compliance systems, address technical issues, and update content.
  • Liaise with S&N's global training team to develop and launch training modules.
  • Deliver compliance training and handle related communications.
  • Prepare metrics and support transparency reporting.
  • Coordinate privacy records management and support data breach reporting.
  • Provide project coordination and support for internal projects.

What will you need to be successful?

You'll need a degree level qualification, and the confidence in communicating with varying levels of seniority with clarity and conviction. Being a self-starter who takes initiative and finds solutions is essential, along with a keen desire to learn and grow!
