We’re looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join us on a six-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid role based in London, helping us maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

The RoleThis role is key to delivering the Compliance Monitoring Plan. You’ll carry out monitoring and testing, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues where needed. Managing the StarCompliance portal will be part of your remit, ensuring data is accurate and supporting colleagues with compliance queries. Your attention to detail and ability to improve processes will help strengthen our compliance framework.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The PersonWe’re looking for someone with at least one years’ experience in compliance monitoring within financial services and a graduate-level education or an industry recognised qualification (e.g. Investment Operations Certificate (IOC)). A good understanding of FCA regulations is important, especially those relating to regular activities like Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Entertainment, etc. Experience with using compliance systems such as StarCompliance, voice call recording platforms and company policy frameworks will be highly valued. Some knowledge of Asset Management would also be desirable.
