Saxo Capital Markets UK Ltd is expanding its Compliance team and looking for a passionate and driven Compliance Associate to join us in our London office. Our Compliance department plays a vital role as the second line of defense, ensuring that SCML operates within legal and regulatory boundaries. We act as a trusted partner to the business and management and our mission is to support SCML’s strategic goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monitoring activities within the Compliance Risk & Control Framework
  • Support second-line reviews of first-line processes and analyses
  • Assess and report potentially suspicious transactions related to AML/CTF
  • Assist with investigations initiated by regulators or third parties

Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with at approximately two years of relevant experience in the financial sector.  While prior experience in Compliance is a plus, we value your potential and mindset above all.  Full training will be provided.

You are an independent thinker with a pragmatic and collaborative approach. Your enthusiasm and hands-on mentality drive you to take initiative and contribute meaningfully. You possess strong analytical skills and can navigate complex issues with clarity.
