    About the Role
    As a Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that RedPin meets its regulatory obligations and maintains a strong compliance framework across the UK, EU, and global operations. You will be a trusted advisor, providing accurate and timely support to front-line and back-office teams, helping them adhere to regulatory standards while supporting our clients. Your role will include customer due diligence (CDD), KYC reviews, and assessing client risk profiles to ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

    What You’ll Do

    • Ensure regulatory obligations are met across RedPin’s UK, EU, and global operations.
    • Provide clear, accurate, and timely compliance guidance and support to front-line and back-office teams.
    • Review CDD and KYC queries, assessing customer applications and performing risk evaluations for high-risk client profiles.
    • Conduct transaction monitoring to identify potential risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, financial crime, and fraud, with a focus on effective decision-making or escalation.
    • Review and assist in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports for global Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
    • Use industry-standard systems to report, recover, and support clients concerning financial crime and fraud.
    • Respond to external information requests from banking partners, law enforcement, or other competent authorities.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to compliance processes to enhance efficiency and maintain regulatory standards.

    What You’ll Need

    • Experience: Prior experience in compliance within financial services; experience in payment services, electronic money, or foreign exchange is preferred.
    • AML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML risks specific to the EMI and payments sector.
    • Qualifications: A relevant qualification, such as ICA, ACAMS, or CISI (or equivalent), is desirable.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex compliance information clearly for diverse stakeholders.
    • Proactive Approach: Able to work independently, take ownership, and maintain accountability for compliance matters.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all compliance-related tasks.
