We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. The successful candidate will be

responsible for ensuring that our firm complies with all regulatory/legislative requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews of the firm's policies and procedures to ensure they comply with relevant regulations
  • Assist with the implementation of new compliance processes and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on regulatory compliance matters
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and returns
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on the impact of any changes
  • Assist with the delivery of compliance training to the business
  • Investigate and report on any breaches of regulatory requirements
  • Conduct investigations and reviews of suspicious transactions or other potential compliance issues
  • Assisting with the review and approval of marketing and advertising materials
  • Support the compliance team and client-facing teams in responding to client complaints.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a compliance role within financial services, preferably within aCFD and Spread Betting firm
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A degree educated in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential
  • An understanding of the functioning of the physical crypto asset environment is preferred but not essential.

IOPS™, which fits directly into existing workflows and operating rooms, eliminates this excessive radiation exposure by creating manipulable 3D models of the relevant anatomy.
