The Compliance Analyst will advise on physical commodities trading compliance, manage operational and reporting aspects of the compliance program, track global regulations, assist with onboarding processes, perform risk assessments, and contribute to policy development and monitoring adherence to compliance policies.

Position Overview
- Advise on compliance matters relating to Physical Commodities trading
- Assist with the management of the operational, reporting, and risk related elements of the Compliance program
- Track, react to, and advise on global physical commodities and financial regulations, including REMIT, REACH, CBAM
- Assist with counterparty, vendor, broker, product, and new markets onboarding processes
- Assist with oversight of regular filing and reporting requirements.
- Perform risk assessments, including conduct, financial crime, and money laundering risk assessments and remediate any potentially significant risks
- Assist with the broader compliance program, including developing policies, monitoring adherence to these policies, and performing focused thematic reviews on Metals related topics
Required Qualifications:
- 3 + years Compliance advisory with physical commodities experience (metals experience preferential)
- Dealing with regulatory requests and fielding queries
- Experience reviewing surveillance escalations
- Developing and implementing appropriate compliance program, including policies/procedures/systems/training
- Experience of setting up and obtaining required licenses
- Financial Knowledge
- Overall Compliance systems experience
- Communication in English
