Job Description

SS&C Technologies seek a Compliance Advisor, to join our Risk & Compliance team. You will provide technical regulatory advice to all SS&C business units, to assist SS&C in meeting its regulatory obligations and the relevant commercial obligations SS&C has with its clients, promoting the high ethical standards and culture within SS&C.

Duties

Produce detailed summaries of relevant regulatory change and updates from all relevant regulators, including the FCA, PRA, HMRC and The Pensions Regulator.

Support and liaise with business areas to provide compliance regulatory advice in the event of queries or issues as necessary.

Act as regulatory SME for relevant regulatory change projects to deliver required changes by any regulatory deadlines.

Engage with SS&C client Firms on regulatory topics. This would include presenting at governance forums, holding one-on-one meetings and answering queries in a timely and comprehensive fashion.

Represent SS&C on relevant industry working groups, for example at TISA, PIMFA and The Investment Association.

Support the Compliance Governance function n ensuring all relevant Compliance related policies and training modules remain up to date on latest regulatory positioning.

Provide support to other members of the Risk & Compliance team when required
