By joining Relation, you will become part of an exceptionally talented team with extraordinary leverage to advance the field of drug discovery. Your work will shape our culture, strategic direction, and, most importantly, impact patients’ lives.

Professional background
  • Background in life sciences, ideally with a scientific or quantitative foundation (i.e. biology, chemistry, pharmacology, biomedical sciences, or related field)

  • 4–8 years’ experience in biotech, banking or consulting - ideally within strategy, competitive intelligence, portfolio analytics, IBD or equity research

  • Strong ability to interpret scientific and market data and to communicate insights

  • Demonstrated experience building or working with DCF and forecasting models

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent analytical and presentation-building skills

Personal attributes
  • Structured thinker with an ability to connect scientific and commercial perspectives

  • Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment

Join us in this exciting role where your contributions will have a direct impact on advancing our understanding of genetics and disease risk, supporting our mission to get transformative medicines to patients. Together, we're not just doing research; we're setting new standards in the field of machine learning and genetics. The patient is waiting!
