The role

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People Function. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone eager to grow their career in compensation within a high-growth environment. You will play a critical role in shaping compensation strategies and ensuring our compensation structures are both competitive and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Owning the bonus pool modelling process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business performance

  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive market intelligence database, including reporting on compensation trends and data analysis

  • Managing our deferral programs, ensuring seamless administration of deferred compensation

  • Supporting compensation-related inquiries and processes

  • Providing ad-hoc project and change initiative related analysis

  • Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards and broader HR team on compensation strategies and initiatives

  • Providing advanced Excel support for compensation analysis, modelling and reporting

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level required), including modelling and data analysis

  • Experience in compensation analysis - a willingness to learn and grow in the field is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Ability to spot trends and tell the story behind the analysis

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with global teams

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership
