Company Description

Veremark is the global market leader in background screening and whistleblowing technology, operating in 180 countries. We are experiencing rapid growth and scaling our go-to-market engine to match. We believe deeply in hiring right, investing in our people, and building a high-performance, inclusive, remote-first culture.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Community Marketing Manager to build, grow and activate Veremark’s partner and HR communities.

This role is responsible for strengthening Veremark’s presence across HR, People, Talent and Compliance communities — working closely with partners, industry groups and internal stakeholders to increase brand visibility, trust and engagement. You will own community-led initiatives end-to-end, from planning and activation through to measurement and optimisation.

This is a hands-on role. You will be running programmes, managing relationships, coordinating events and content, and finding new ways to show up consistently and credibly in the communities that matter most to our buyers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Veremark’s community marketing strategy across HR, People and Talent audiences, with a strong focus on partner and industry-led communities.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, HR networks, associations, platforms and community leaders to expand Veremark’s reach and influence.
  • Plan and execute community-led initiatives including events, roundtables, webinars, partner campaigns and co-marketing activity.
  • Represent Veremark within relevant HR and partner communities, ensuring consistent presence, messaging and value contribution.
  • Target metrics will be set around pipeline generated from community events or leads, referrals and NPS.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in community marketing, partner marketing or field/brand marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working with partners, alliances or industry communities to build brand presence and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of HR, People, Talent or compliance audiences and how communities influence buying behaviour.
  • Experience planning and executing events, roundtables, webinars or community programmes end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing and sales teams.
  • Highly organised, relationship-driven and proactive, with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence representing a brand externally.
  • Experience in HR tech, compliance, RegTech or adjacent B2B sectors is a plus.

Additional Information

We are an all-remote organisation with ~200 people distributed globally. We value Trust, Integrity, Data and Experience in everything we do — from how we collaborate to how we build our products.

Veremark operates in high-trust, regulated markets and partners with leading platforms across the People & Talent ecosystem. We are growing rapidly and have been recognised in Deloitte’s Fast 50 / Fast 500 and FT1000.

Why Join Veremark

  • Own and grow Veremark’s presence across influential HR and partner communities.
  • Work closely with partners and industry leaders to shape how the brand shows up.
  • Have visible impact on brand trust, reach and long-term demand.
  • Join a collaborative, remote-first team at a high-growth global company.
  • Competitive compensation and a dynamic scale-up environment.
