MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To act as the liaison between AC and Absoluters.  Be the voice, tone, and moderator of the AC brand through the community, both online and in-person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Develop and continually optimise the community content plan

    • Use data and insight to form the plan - eg types of content, best time of day/day of week, the right face of AC depending on the message (AC, Maxine, Absoluters)
    • Report on KPIs on a monthly basis, specifically community growth, monthly active users, number of likes, comments and posts from Absoluters & community sentiment
    • Apply best practice principles (Facebook) to optimise KPIs
    • Continually test and learn to optimise content performance 
    • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
    • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
    • Align with the marketing and customer strategy

Be the voice of the customer

  • Be the first point of contact for Absoluters
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests, in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers & leverage our Absoluter advocates to promote the brand (inc. gathering reviews, photos, videos)
  • Show empathy, active listening skills and address customer concerns to promote favorable impressions of AC
    • Do what you can to retain customers, using the retention toolkit and other methods
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders regarding marketing initiatives, product etc

Development & best practice

    • Keep abreast of latest platform developments (Facebook) and proactively recommend ways to leverage to optimise KPIs
    • Identify and complete courses, events or relevant industry workshops to develop your skills and content plan

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Confident using various Social media platforms
  • Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional, approachable and customer focussed
  • Willing to be flexible with working hours
