Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and operating overseas gaming communities, developing and executing community strategies and objectives based on the product's market strategy and game version schedule.
  • Oversee the promotional scheduling, publishing, and performance evaluation of game version content within the community.
  • Continuously optimize Discord community functions based on player needs and preferences, ensuring the community meets player needs.
  • Collect and report on player feedback and sentiment; Monitor competing products and new releases in the genre.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiencyin English as a working language.
  • 3+ years of experience in operating large overseas gaming communities (Discord), with proven operational expertise in community and platform management, capable of developing and implementing community strategies.
  • Deep gaming experience with overseas titles; familiar with shooter/competitive game genres, with clear insights into player demographics and the gaming industry.
  • Strong communication and execution skills, collaborative team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and team members based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.
