About the Position: We’re looking for a Community Manager to own and manage our social presence, especially on X (formerly Twitter) and build a thriving, engaged audience around H’s AI agents. You’ll be the voice of H, translating our technical breakthroughs into compelling conversations, forging authentic connections with developers, product leaders, and AI enthusiasts, and growing our community across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own H’s X account: craft real‐time posts, threads, and replies that spark dialogue and showcase product milestones, thought leadership, and behind‐the‐scenes stories

  • Develop and execute a social strategy that grows followers, drives engagement, and channels traffic to our website, blog, and events

  • Create tailored content from short‐form clips and graphics to polls and AMA sessions across X, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Foster community engagement: monitor mentions and DMs, respond authentically, surface user feedback, and escalate issues to product and support teams

  • Host and co‐moderate live events (Twitter Spaces, livestreams, webinars), inviting internal experts and external partners to grow, retain and bring value to the audience

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to amplify launches, webinars, research publications, and customer stories

  • Track and analyze performance: set KPIs (growth, engagement, sentiment), report insights weekly, and iterate on content and tactics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing social communities for B2B, B2C or developer‐focused tech brands ideally in AI, developer tooling, or SaaS

  • Deep expertise on X, with a track record of growing an engaged following and driving real conversations

  • Exceptional writing skills: you can communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, friendly, and on‐brand voice

  • Proven ability to design and execute social campaigns that move metrics : followers, engagement rate, click‐throughs etc.

  • Comfortable on camera and behind a mic: experience hosting livestreams, Spaces, or webinars

  • Strong analytical mindset: you measure everything, learn quickly, and optimize content based on data

  • A genuine passion for AI, community building, and staying ahead of social trends

Location:

  • H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US

  • This role has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office - currently Paris and London

  • The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
