We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Community Coordinator to be the heartbeat of a new office, for a prestigious client, based in London. This exciting new role blends hospitality, community engagement and workplace management to create a welcoming high-energy environment for all colleagues and visitors.

This role is pivotal in shaping the culture and experience of the workspace, the successful candidate will help shape the workplace experience, with a strong focus on hospitality.

To include the following responsibilities:

Café & Hospitality
• Manage the Café and Refresh areas, ensuring all supplies are present, equipment is working, cupboards are stocked, and the areas are clean and tidy.
• Liaise with all appropriate suppliers and equipment maintainers.
• Liaise with food operators in the Blend Food Court below the building, to enable colleagues to purchase and consume food as required. Liaise with Blend management and food operators on making order apps available for colleagues.
• Deliver exceptional barista-style coffee at suitable/agreed times of the day, and train colleagues to use the hybrid barista machine.
• Support hospitality for meetings, sponsor events and high-profile visits in the Café area.
Community & Engagement
• Be a visible and proactive presence across the office floors, greeting colleagues and guests.
• Work closely with the Site Lead to support Office Magic’ events.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to anticipate needs.
• Encourage feedback and ideas from colleagues to continuously evolve the workplace and Café experience.
• Study the building and its surroundings, noting the availability of nearby amenities and resources, to provide informative assistance to colleagues and visitors.
• Plan and deliver engagement events (e.g., coffee mornings, social events, charity drives).
• Support internal communications for Brand campaigns, office changes, and launches.
• Assist with the coordination of sponsorships, product launches, and collaborative events.
Workplace Support
• Contribute to the Places Team in managing the location, and help out with other roles as required.
• Provide informal front-of-house support, helping with wayfinding, visitor experience, and general queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve the space and colleague experience, taking initiative to suggest changes.
• Act as back up for FOH Reception ensuring colleagues and visitors experience remains at the highest levels
