The information security team here at Ocado is responsible for implementing systems and solutions to keep all our data, customers' data, and super-secret stuff safe!

You will be immersed in Information Security and tasked with helping communicate our essential message to our employees globally in a way that is accessible to all.
Our employees are our biggest security asset. As members of our Information Security Awareness team, we must ensure everyone thinks of security! The Infosec Awareness team creates a vast range of engaging content, including articles, newsletters, posters, infographics, and educational videos, all produced in-house.
This is a hybrid role based in our Hatfield head office two (2) days a week
Here’s some of what you will do in this role:
Community Engagement
Act as our community's primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Collaboration
Build and enhance relationships within the wider Infosec team, other key business areas, and individuals globally, enhancing our reach and impact.
Content Creation
Develop and contribute to creating engaging content, including blog posts, reports, articles, and updates, to educate and inform our champions about our latest security messaging.
Growth and Improvement
Support champions to help identify areas or teams needing our assistance to improve their security posture. This communication should travel both ways, so listening and learning are also essential.
Monitoring and Reporting
You will use data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate our successes and make data-driven decisions that drive our continued success.
Part of a Team
Be part of a small team working closely on various projects, often responding to the latest cyber news.
In addition to the above, you will support the messaging and agenda of the wider Infosec team as our mission continues to evolve.
We also handle parts of annual training, phishing simulations and reports and gather feedback through annual culture studies to drive positive change.

- Experience with analytics and data, an understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
