Role Description 

An exciting opportunity to join the vibrant Kenvue team and assist with the co-ordination of a portfolio of brands. The successful candidate is to support in managing the day to day running of OneVue the dedicated agency at UM for Kenvue. 

You will perform a varied role in supporting the Comms Manager & Comms Director in the planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple markets. This will span a variety of tasks from audience understanding, campaign execution and client servicing.

The role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain more responsibility and ownership in their current Planning role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support in the development and delivery of media planning and thought leadership for Kenvue.
  • The Communications Planner will work closely with the different business units within IPG, such as Kinesso, AV and Partnerships to ensure the day to activity is running smoothly.
  • Assist with the co-ordination and execution of campaigns across Nordic markets. Collaborate with local media planners in each market to deliver campaigns on time and on brief.
  • Deliver campaign learnings and assist in the preparation of competitive insight where relevant.
  • Help the Comms Manager to test ideas and scale across campaigns where relevant.  
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the media landscape.
  • Understands the importance of brilliant basics and how client servicing is key to building strong relationships with clients. These brilliant basics include replying to client emails within a timely manner, sense checking your work, dressing appropriately and keeping up with financial reconciliations
  • Contribute to overall account and campaign management:
    • Audience insight 
    • Brief internal SBUs where relevant​​
    • Keep plans up to date and reconciled​​
    • Work seamlessly with Nordic and finance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on budget and on time
    • Lead client status meetings and maintain up to date status document
    • Work closely with the ad operations team to traffic our media and ensure campaigns go live as planned, and are tracking performance correctly ​​
    • Perform quality control on all key client output and curate presentations
    • Forms a good understanding the Kenvue business and the content in which it operates.
    • Contribute and work to develop agency client communications and newsletters.

  • Experience of media planning across digital and offline channels
  • Experience of account management and client servicing. 
  • Experience managing a team would be great, but not essential
