Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Communications Associate to join our team and drive Harvey's external communications efforts across EMEA. This role is central to shaping how we show up in the region—through written content, media engagement, brand messaging, and strategic communications that resonate with European markets and audiences.

You'll support our PR, content, and events in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders across the region, ensuring our message lands with clarity and impact across all channels. You'll work closely with our global Communications team while taking ownership of EMEA-specific initiatives, media relationships, and regional storytelling.

We're looking for a strong writer, an organized project manager, and a clear communicator who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast. You'll need to be resourceful—comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and external partners to bring communications plans to life. And you'll bring a relentless focus on excellence, owning execution with a high standard and a bias for shipping great work quickly.

What You'll DoExternal Communications & Messaging
  • Draft and edit high-quality content across owned and earned channels—blogs, press releases, customer stories, newsletters, and executive communications—tailored for EMEA audiences.

  • Support media and PR efforts, including briefing documents, press materials, and outreach coordination with external agency partners.

  • Build relationships with key EMEA media contacts and monitor regional coverage to identify opportunities for Harvey to have a voice.

Brand Visibility & Events
  • Coordinate Harvey's participation in key EMEA industry events and speaking engagements, providing messaging, decks, and prep support in partnership with Marketing and Brand.

  • Develop messaging kits for launches, campaigns, and milestone moments with regional relevance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to source stories and insights that highlight our EMEA impact.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners on co-marketing announcements and help cascade external narratives internally.

What You Have
Experience & Background
  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or content, with agency experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to create clean, compelling content across formats and audiences, with sensitivity to regional nuance.

  • Familiarity with coordinating media relations, tracking coverage, and managing editorial calendars across multiple markets.

  • Experience supporting external-facing initiatives such as launches, campaigns, or events.

  • Exposure to high-growth or startup environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial instinct.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with speed and accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and media monitoring tools.

  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
