Job Purpose:

The Global Commercial Sustainability Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the company's Global Commercial Sustainability products and services. The role works with internal functions and external partners in relation to sustainability, and ensures alignment with the company's overall vision, mission, values, and the Corporate Citizenship strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the company’s Commercial Sustainability initiatives in coordination with Sustainability team, senior management and key stakeholders. Assist in building and maintaining the commercial sustainability playbook and sustainable products line card. Promote and help advance commercial sustainability products and services across relevant teams

  • Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities for sustainability products and services, and create business cases and proposals to secure funding and support. • Build networks and empower all co-workers, in collaboration with the Global Corporate Citizenship Team to make impact at scale. • Engage and empower sales, marketing, business development, ESG, and services teams on embedding commercial sustainability into their business, and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, vendors, and industry associations, and represent the company at external events and forums.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance, progress, and impact of the Commercial Sustainability strategy, products, and services, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, sustainability, or related field required.

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for sustainability, environmental issues, and green solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking
