The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

The Commercial Support Team manage the end to end process of commercial deal creation and compliance, through a monthly cyclical process of rebate management across UK retail pharmacy and dispensing customers. The Commercial Support Executive has responsibility for:

  •  Order to Cash (02C) Rebate payment management via Rebate System, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes

  •  Commercial Deal management & compliance support a group of Commercial Account Managers

  •  Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive business growth & process efficiencies

  •  Supporting account teams in their growth initiatives with new customers by guiding & advising on new account set up, licences and timelines

  • Rebate system management, developing business requirements & coaching/training system users

  • SOX (Sarbannes Oxley) 02C audit processes

  • Ensuring robust supply of deal products through approved distributors

  • OTC (Over the Counter) trade investment process and payment management

  • Analysing purchasing trends to determine appropriate rebate volumes

  • Providing timely information, data & feedback to account teams and senior management regarding risk to business for unpaid rebates

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

  • Previous experience in SOX 02C (order to cash) or equivalent audit procedures and compliance

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing

  • Knowledge of rebate and discount management processes

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines.
